Elwood College has one of the longest operating and most successful international student programs in Australia. The college is very popular because it is located only 10 minutes from the beach and a 15-minute drive from the city.
Our international students enjoy studying and living in Melbourne, becoming valued members of our college community and joining in a wide range of sport, travel and social activities arranged by the college.
Our dedicated English language centre, orientation program and caring homestay hosts ensure students quickly adapt to life in Melbourne.
We have many people to assist international students when they join our program. Firstly, you will be met at the airport by one of our staff and transported to your homestay, which our international program coordinator will arrange for you. The homestay parent will help you with travel to and from the college as well as providing an inviting and friendly home for you.
Our teachers are all very welcoming to international students in class. We also have many assistants to help you in your first language and English. We will introduce you to other students.
